The problem we saw
Mail redirection from Australia Post is genuinely useful — but it only forwards physical letters, and only for up to 12 months. It doesn't tell your bank, your electricity retailer, Medicare, the RTA, or your super fund that you've moved. We built a checklist of 227 verified organisations across every category a renter deals with, so nothing gets left on the old address by accident.
